08Serveis somos una empresa receptiva, la cual presta servicios de limpieza, mantenimiento y acomodación de usuarios de apartamentos de uso turístico.

Nuestra actividad principal consiste en recibir a los usuarios el día de la llegada a su apartamento, encargándonos de las formalidades del contrato y el abono de la fianza por parte del cliente.

Cuidamos de su apartamento en varios aspectos, el primero es la limpieza del apartamento a cada servicio, incluyendo todo el material necesario pueda ser ropa de cama, toallas y productos de limpieza. También mantenemos su apartamento a un nivel estético, reparando posibles desperfectos y asistiendo tanto a los clientes como a los propietarios.

Queremos dar un servicio profesional y directo.

Nuestro objetivo es facilitar la gestión de sus apartamentos empleando un servicio eficiente, con experiencia, calidad y seguridad, permitiendo al propietario y a las agencias aumentar su tasa ocupación y su servicio al cliente final.

  08 Serveis is a customer orientated company which provides cleaning, maintenance and accommodation services in apartments for tourists.

Our main activity consists in welcoming the future tenants at arrival at the apartment, taking care of all contractual paperwork as well as handling the deposit to be paid by the customer.

We will take care of your apartments in several aspects, firstly the cleanliness of the apartments; all material is included such as bathing towels, bedding and cleaning utensils. We also take care of the esthetical part of the apartments like repairing any defects and assist the tenants as well as agencies.

We want to provide a professional and direct service.

Our aim is to make the daily up keeping of your apartments easier by using an efficient service, with experience, quality and security, allowing the landlord and the agencies to increase their amount of reservations as well as provide the customers with our full attention and service.
